On July 13, 2012 I, Eliseo Perez, mailed to Washington, DC from El Paso, Texas video and about 100 sound recorded evidence that must be analyzed and lead to investigations. It was mailed to the following: President Barack Obama; The President’s Intelligence Oversight Board; US Attorney General, Eric Holder; and US Secretary of State, Hillary R. Clinton. It is called my compilation of evidence I presented sent them by mail. It is perhaps the only true and solid evidence of military intelligence surveillancing people chip implanted. It is true, legitimate, and beyond reproach. All that is necessary is for the evidence to be analyzed by voice print and voice recognition experts and it will be seen for what it is, true evidence that is now constitutionally useable in a court of law for victims. It was mailed by me, Eliseo Perez, from El Paso, Texas. By mistake, they who surveillanced me provided information about them being military intelligence and that is how I came to realize who they are that surveillance Citizens. It is why there is what many call, “gang stalking.” It is military intelligence soldiers who surveillance and interact with the Citizen they surveillance making them believe they are police, the community, gangs, and the mafia. It is a form of military tricks and tactics of the trade. They do this to maintain invisiblity from the Civil Federal Government, by portraying themselves to the one surveillance as others having nothing to do with the military so that the victim tells the government who they claim they are, but never who they truly are, which prevents anything being traceable.
