Great idea, so many wonderful street artists in the city & why waste an existing space?

Love Manchester's Street Art scene! Sick of the sight of the grey monstrosity that looks like someone was rushing to finish work that day.

There is clearly alot of street and Graff' artists in the Manchester and Greater Manchester areas, it would be a shame to miss an opportuinity for the creatives among the community to be able to publiclly and freely express themselve, exhibiting the creative soul of the city

make it permanent! allocate space to artists for a fixed period. then pass to the next artist etc, and living piece of art. it is awful as it is.

I'd like to see it used as a permanent base for street art, not just 'tagging', but worthwhile creativity

Glad the 'Berlin wall' is coming down finally, but let's get rid of it in style!

This is a great idea. I pass those miserable walls everyday. There's nothing i'd like more than them to be filled with the ever interesting and often changing intricacies of street art!

It should be a celebration - graffiti, stalls, live music - something that celebrates this great city

I liked the recent dulux/crown paints mural with the Tony Wilson quote. Something along those lines would add a real vibrancy!
