This petition is regarding the Managerial Economics (BBUS 310) for sections that Professor Camelia Bejan instructs. Majority of students express that they were set up for failure in this exam. There are many reasons related to these concerns. They fall in to these 3 main areas:

1) Miscommunication and lack of clarity.

2) Unfairness and wrong information

3) Unreasonable expectations and advanced level of difficulty.

PROPOSAL:

Our proposal agreed upon by numerous students is to change the way the class is graded.

Tests: 45%

In Class Games: 35%

Homework: 20%

Through this weighted grading scale, the students that have attended classes and completed the homework will have a grade reflecting their knowledge and effort.

This is a good solution to make up for the injustice faced by students.
