We moved into the this exact area because iT is more remote. All of my neighbors that I have discussed this with feel the same and if this development happens we would strongly consider moving.

We moved out here many years ago due to wanting rural surroundings. This is no place to build 620 homes with apartments. Our roads, school districts, and rural setting will be over crowded and ruined.

The schools, the 911. Streets, roads, parks, garbage waste..
The list goes on.... Lacey residents don’t want this only the people who will profit want this

Having lived in our current location in Lacey and witnessing growth impact in our area, I cannot support this proposed development. The impact on an already stressed infrastructure and already over-enrolled schools can only have a severe negative impact for any current and future residents.

I am not happy about this development being built. Our school can't support all the new kids and going to be to much traffic for such a nice area that is out of town.

I do not support this housing development. With my home being within 300 feet of construction, we will be impacted by noise/constructions and our home value will no doubt take a hit. This is a rural residential area with goats, horses and cows. The addition of 640 untils (including an apartment complex) does not suit this area.

Too much traffic and it will destroy a lovely area. The people will likely use pesticides and fertilizers which will contaminate the water.
