At the moment there are no indoor play facilities in Mamsha Al Saadiyat. Mamsha is a community with a large number of families with children. Historically residents would meet in the lobby area where children could interact but some residents complained, and security started bothering residents not to spend time with kids in the lobby anymore. At the moment when it's 50 degrees outside, all residents with children are trapped in the house all day, and they can rely only on organised playdates or driving 20min to the closest shopping mall/playground. When living at one of the most expensive properties in Abu Dhabi, this just doesn't sound acceptable. We are asking the committee to find a solution to this problem.

Some of the solutions suggested are:

1. Convert 1 of the gyms to an indoor play area. Mamsha has 9 gyms that are not heavily used

2. Use part of the space around the pool area to build a children's center/ play area

3. Convert the current play area to indoor
