It disgusting. ... We want and need to safeguard animal's welfare in the UK. ...Yet we expect farmers to sell the milk, from the cows on their farms for less than it cost to commit to the husbandry of said animals. I WOULD GLADLY PAY MORE FOR THE MILK I PURCHASE. SO long as it goes to the dairy farmers. The thought of our fields being without cows brings tears to my eyes. What a sad sight that would be.

Totally disgusting when water is cheaper farmers work 24/ 7 and should be paid accordingly for this service of supplying a main line food product.
