This is even going to affect worse residents outside the Malvern Vale, who are in the catchment area of Somers Park, NorthLeigh &/or St Joseph but that do live further than people at the Vale... therefore now having less chances to get in one of those schools! It feels very unfair.

Again another promise that is now in doubt!
The infrastructure in malvern needs this school, to finish what was promised in completing the community on the vale.

When I was buying my house on the Vale I was told there was the possibility there might be a school, not that it was a certainty. That was about 2 and a half years ago now.

Shame on you worcs.city council.there are not enough places for our children hn these local schools for siblings to be able to follow their brothers or sistersinto the same school.have you ever

The children living in Malvern Vale are enrolling in local schools and pushing siblings to schools further south of the area. Its not physically practical or emotionally desirable to have 4 year old and 6 year brothers at different schools. Couple this with fact that school now to far to walk to means thatwill now have to utilise car- not very environmentally friendly plus also situation will see reduction in daily exercise to and from school.

A promise should never be broken, this school is vital for the children on this estate.

Come on Worcestershire County Council, think ahead and get real before it's too late. With the SWDP coming there will be another 23000 + houses in Worcestershire in the next few years too.

We were promised a community when we bought in to the estate. I know several families in the local area who have not been able to place their second child in to the same school as their elder child due to local schools being over subscribed. This obviously has massive implications to the families involved and suggests that the local schools are full meaning children are being given available places off catchment.
