Malvern Boro Council thinks we can handle 500+ more vehicles - and they'll put it outside your door w/ no regard to your safety or fire safety.

This is more than a traffic issue.. The quality of life for everyone currently living in malvern will go down if this building goes up.

To the officers of Malvern Borough, please enforce building within the building codes. Duffryn Mawr does not enough parking and there should be a dedicated entrance and exit for a building this size.

Enough is enough, all this massive building in the Borough is ruining this beautiful town that has been my home for 76 years. I need a light at my drive just to get out in the mornings and afternoons. The traffic can be brutal at certain times of day. Adding something that large in that area will be a nightmare to so many residents of this town. It is planning commission job to understand these kinds of projects and prevent over development from occurring in the Borough. That is why they have been elected. I think some fall very short in thinking of what money can be gained by these developments then later worry about the consequences that it has caused the Borough. I believe, for once the planning commission should begin hearing the people of this borough and not the developers.

Tabling the Duffryn Mawr - Carr project is obviously trying to back door this permit. It’s shady. Malvern Borough does not need this. Let’s preserve our small town.

Borough Council must do its job and put the local PEOPLE FIRST. Not the profits of a few individuals and special interests.
