I am a pet owner and 3x precious lives depend on me. I don’t have a system that enables me to take care of my pets babies and give them the necessary care should they need it.

As humans have rights and the ability to visit hospital free of charge, animals should too.

This could save so many lives of our dearest pets. Too many unfortunate stories have happened just because there is no 24/7 available.

If a person puts an animal through unnecessary and unjust suffering he is punished by the law. But when a person tries his best to not let this happen and the system lets it happen anyway, who is to blame? Someone should be held accountable for what has happened to Bear and for the trauma his family has to go through. The need for an emergency hospital is critical if we would like to consider Malta as a country that puts animals rights where they should be.
