I pledge to:

1. Be the champion to appropriate use of antibiotics, dispensing based on prescription only.
2. Advocate patient safety by advising patients on proper understanding and usage of antibiotics.
3. Commit in creating a culture through education, celebrating improvements and promoting antimicrobial stewardship.
