Questions about points 4 & 8:
Don't those penalties ultimately hurt or affect the welfare of the child/children? I understand they may be there as a motivator to comply and a deterrent to not infract, but the penalty would ultimately affect the ability of the guardian to provide care?

This crime of child abuse must stop. PAS damage is not currently reconized enough by the court system.

Alienation is an abuse which will not change without legislative enforcement. It is a fact born out in virtually all research. We need change NOW!

my son has not seen or talked to his daughter Rebeckah Elizabeth Dean in 5 years, and We have not in 4 years, that lived in El Paso Texas, but they now are living in Missouri somewhere close to the Lake of the Ozark. pleas everyone sign this petition so those who are going through what we are will be able to see their children and grandchildren, this is CHILD ABUSE, mentally and emotionlly. Please HELP STOP THIS ABUSE AND BULLING.

Parental Alienation is child abuse. it is soul murder as it kills the part of the other parent within it's soul. Children are a composite of both parents, and needs the love and caring of both parents to thrive, grow and become the person they were meant to be. Parents who use parental Alienation as a weapon and for retaliation, should be arrested, tried and convicted, In those cases, it is always obvious to see who the more loving, caring parent is. The courts don't give a damn about children or families. All they care about is money and power. Time to change that equation and get back to moral and ethical principles that honor children, parents and families.
