Hello everyone.

As a community member I would like to address this post for the CS:Go Team as a serious concern and a problem which all CS:Go players are facing every day in most of the CS:Go Competitive matches.

It's not a first post in CS:Go Forum in relation to problems with Russian players. Most of people are complaining about a terrible game experience when Russian players join the competitive game.

The main problems with Russian players according to non-Russian players are:

* Russian players do not communicate with the rest of the team as most of Russian players do not speak English language;

* Most of the time Russian players are griefing in an account of well-being of the rest of the team players, what makes CS:Go game experience unsatisfying for the both side players;

* Are not team-play focused, when are matched with non-Russian players what makes the game not enjoyable and ruins the experience of it;

I cannot list all the problems both sides are facing as there are too many to mention, but I would like to ask the non-Russian players to join and speak up.

Dear players, who are facing the same problem, - please do not be quiet and speak up, tell us all your opinion and let CS:Go team know what is really happening and what concerns you the most about the experience with Russian players.

The only solution i see to the problems with Russian players is to create a separate CS:Go Competitive Matchmaking server for Russians, what will make both sides happy. In this scenario - Russian players will be able to talk in their own language and focus on their game as one nation. While the rest of the non-Russian players will be available to enjoy the game experience in English.
