By signing this petition, I express strong disapproval for the way I or someone I know has been treated at the Shands Outpatient Financial Office. I expect patients to be treated with dignity and respect at all times, and to have the requirements for obtaining a Shands benefits card made clear and explicit with detail and in writing before every appointment, and not just follow-ups or re-evaluations. I also expect to be treated in a consistent manner, without shifting requirements, confusing paperwork, or paperwork rejected for containing minor errors that others make.
