This petition is regarding a fraud and cheat package given to me by popular online booking company MakeMyTrip in name of "Great India Festival". I was offered a lucrative deal of some travel vouchers for International and domestic flights; please note "flights" worth Rs 27,000 for a payment of Rs 7800 but when I received the vouchers, it was totally different than what was promised to me and all were just holiday package vouchers which no regular person can practically avail. I called up MakeMyTrip and ShiftThoughts (who offered me this cheat deal) innumerable times but never got any hearing from them. Finally, it was promised to me by "ShiftThoughts" that they will email me the audio where I had accepted the terms, which they obviously didn't do as it will go against them and they must have realized that. I would like to claim my money back from the aforesaid companies in view of this fraudulence.
