"Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch" was a masterpiece of satire by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. It centered around a bet by the angel Aziraphale and the demon Crowley, who rather enjoy Earth and don't want it to end ... so they come up with an idea to switch the baby into a normal, middle-class family (i.e., the ol' "Nature vs. Nurture" idea). The only problem is that another baby was born at the convent that night, and so a cosmic shell game ensues, with NOBODY knowing where the real Antichrist is. Plans were made to make this book into a movie, but typical Hollywood muck slowed production to a crawl ... then a standstill ... then a eulogy was written. In an era where every other movie is a depressing film about 2012, we would like to see a funny take on the "end of the world." So we respectfully ask the Hollywood elite to make "Good Omens" into a film reality!
