Release Xena Warrior Princess on Blu-Ray

I'd wish someone would help us Xena fans out by somehow converting this show onto Blu-ray since there is no real news on Xena on Blu-ray! and who ever is able to convert this show onto Blu-ray should sell it on Amazon I'd bet it would be a hit! Since no studio isn't interested in remastering this show on Blu-ray. I wouldn't care if it's Blu-ray R discs something is better than nothing at all!!!

In the episode from season 4 In Sickness and in Hell, when Xena and Gabrielle were looking for Argo in woods you can easily spot the wires on the ground but you have to look real close LOL. They surely weren't able to cut that out on DVD, but hopefully the wire will be cut out on Blu-ray! That's how bad the episode was shot. But I believe the wire can easily be digitally taken out.

Let's do this please! Xena on Blu-ray is long overdue! The show could really use some HD treatment!!! With todays technology the first 2 seasons of Xena could get the HD upscale! Seasons 3 through 6 looks the greatest even by Standard Definition.

It sucks that Davis Merchandise Corp. didn't release Xena onto Blu-ray when they were still in business, but yeah it's a shame that back in 2008 they were planning to release Xena on Blu-ray I know because I had ordered Xena through Legendary Heroes website to get the Big Complete series Box set. I don't know what made them scrapped their plans for a Blu-ray release back in 2008 but now that lousy Universal Studios owns the rights aren't willing to release Xena onto Blu-ray. So I'm hoping that Shout! Factory who owns a lot of Universal Studios TV shows/Movies will pick up the rights to Xena and release it on Blu-ray.

My Blu-ray player is ready for Xena on Blu-ray! Please Shout! Factory make this happen. I don't see Universal doing anything about it.

I've been a loyal fan ever since it premiered back in 1995! Xena must come to Blu-ray! It would be a missed opportunity if it's never released on Blu-ray!

Hell yeah! Both Hercules: the Legendary Journeys and Xena: Warrior Princess both needs the Blu-ray treatment! It would be a seriously missed opportunity if they are never released on Blu-ray. Please some Studio please get this done!!!

Yes! please! they really need to bring this show to Blu-ray! I still have the old Xena VHS box sets. I have supported the Anchor Bay DVD box sets! I just hope some studio will get this out sometime next year! (Very doubtful Xena on Blu-ray will be released this year.)

I've seen information on Xena on Blu-ray, at this website called Blu-ray.com the resolution is 1080p but what sucks is that there is NO release date. It says season 1 Blu-ray so I'm guessing eventually they will release it onto Blu-ray. Also, what's odd about the cover is that it's an old photo from the Universal Season 3 dvd set. I am hoping it's not the final artwork for the Blu-ray.

Wasn't one of the reasons why we didn't see Xena on Blu-ray back then was because of the way how they remastered Highlander: the series on Blu-ray in just a poorly remaster, if I'm not mistaken it was 780p HD not 1080p for the first season?......plus they gave the audio a 2.0 stereo. Were as the Anchor Bay box sets of Highlander: the series was the audio was 5.1. Plus Highlander: the series on Blu-ray did poorly in sales, and I think that's why David Merchandise corp. didn't release Xena onto Blu-ray as they were planning too. Now if they ever reissue Highlander: the series on Blu-ray with a better remaster then likely Xena may come to Blu-ray but until that day comes I wouldn't count a Blu-ray version of Xena anytime soon.

This show is such classic TV. It does need a Blu-ray. It sucks that for some reason they scrapped their plans for a Blu-ray back in 2008!!!

It sucks that Anchor Bay Entertainment lost the rights to Xena cause I'd bet we would probably have a Blu-ray by now. I hope Shout! Factory does remaster Xena on Blu-ray Universal Studios would just do a crappy job just like they did with the dvds.
