Xena in a brand new 16:9 widescreen would be nice just as long as you don't see the production team in the background, they can clear all that up. I mean look at HBO's The Wire that show was shot in 4:3. But HBO managed to get the series in 16:9 for Blu-ray. If only they would take a lesson of what HBO did with The Wire for Blu-ray.

As much as I love Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: the Legendary Journeys. These two Sci-Fi/Fantasy series deserves too be on Blu-ray just as any other TV Show/Movie. I would love too see both series remastered onto Blu-ray in a brand new 2k scan and a 5.1 HD surround, Xena and Hercules might have aged, but take it from me.....these 2 series is beloved by many of fans who would love too see these series make their way onto Blu-ray for the very first time.

Xena: Warrior Princess and Buffy the Vampire Slayer are my two favorite shows! and I can't believe they have not been fully remastered onto Blu-ray. These companies Universal Studios and Fox needs too understand the fanbase and release their beloved shows for the first time on Blu-ray.

I loved this series, and I would gladly buy the series on Blu-ray but all the way up to season 5 though. In my opinion season 5 of Xena should have been the last season, and not season 6. I tried to watch season 6 on TV but could not get into that season! So for me, the series basically ended with season 5, but even if they do a complete series Blu-ray boxed set I would buy it, I would just have too skip season 6.

I love this show so much, and I'm only 14!!! I first discovered Xena on TV and I was like WOW! Lucy Lawless and Renee O' Conner both did an amazing job! I held off of buying the dvds. I would love too see this show on Blu-ray in the feature because it's very popular. Xena and Gabrielle will always be my Heroes along with Supergirl!!! and they should give this series Xena a Blu-ray remaster.

I don't see Universal Studios remastering Xena on Blu-ray in the feature. But I do see Shout! Factory may buy the rights to series. Shout! Factory has bought many TV Shows/Movies from Universal Studios. I give a thumbs up for Shout! Factory to release Xena on Blu-ray rather than Universal Studios. Shout! Factory does a really good job releasing their merchandise. And I'd bet that if Shout! Factory would remaster Xena, they would probably do a nice 2k scan and Xena would look stunning!

How can this show not be on Blu-ray? Is Universal Studios nuts? This was the highest rated and most watched show for it's time back in the day and it's still going strong today in TV reruns! and this show is iconic! Give it the Blu-ray remaster it deserves Universal!!!!

As popular as Xena: Warrior Princess is, I find it strangely odd that they haven't remastered the series onto Blu-ray. They released the dvd's twice now! How many times are they going too release this damn show already?!?! Universal Studios need too show this series with lots of love and attention the way how the fans do. Next year would be perfect for Xena on Blu-ray too come out because the series would be celebrating it's 25th anniversary. They would really disrespect the fans if they reissued the dvds for a third time with a 25th anniversary dvd collection.

As for someone who just started collecting both series Xena: Warrior Princess on dvd and Hercules: the Legendary Journeys both series may have aged slightly but they sure can do use the Blu-ray treatment and I hope Universal Studios is listening to the fans.
