I'm sure there were many discussions which led to this decision. However, you are taking away teaching instruction and distracting the teachers from doing their job. Also, waiting for use of the bathroom facilities may not be possible at certain times for students. Please revoke this rule. Perhaps hiring a bathroom attendant would deter certain problems from arising in or near the bathrooms. Thank you for your prompt attention.
