Dota 2 is dying. Every day more and more people complain about all that's going on with the game, and yet, we the players are not heard. Valve turns its eyes away from the problems and pretends it's all just fine.

We are welcomed ingame with a big board saying how many people are playing Dota 2, but we are not show how many have left. How many of those accounts are abandoned, or bots, or anything else other than real players.

The problems are serious, the community is stuck in the middle of a game that has no support, no ingame help (nor anywhere else), no trade, a horrible UI, a game where cheaters, scammers and all kind of bad behavior is ignored in favor of a higher player count. Valve has turned Dota 2 into a money making machine, nothing more, and the community and playerbase has been totally set aside.

The devs or people responsible for the game never talk to us, they never hear our complains, they do nothing to improve our experience, but incrredibly, they are always launching new items, and all sorts of thing to rip our money without giving nothing in return.

Any other online game out there has everything we don't, support, forums, a website, a team that at least tries to bring te community's feedback into account. Sadly, Dota 2 team has forgotten we are the ones that keep them running and are not at all concerned with what we have to say.

This petition is a shot at gaining Valve's attention to the serious problems Dota 2 is facing and to a community that cries for help and attention.

What we demand:

1 - SUPPORT: Commitment from the team in hearing us, taking our feedback into account, tackle the problems we are pointing out and find a solution for them.

2 - A DECENT STRUCTURE: We don't want to use Steam forums, we don't want a horrible website like the current, we don't want to have to visit a Dota 1 forum, we want a decent website, a Dota 2 official forum with active and present Dota 2 and Valve people to moderate it and help us build a discussion place where we can make the game become what it was meant to.

3 - DRASTIC GAME CHANGES: Dota 2 need a new UI, far better than the clumsy one we use today. We need a beautiful, less buggy, clean UI. We need the trades back, we need a market and a free trading community, believe us this is better for you than forbiding us to trade and make us spend money buying things. We need a new and decent report system. If we are to become a better community, this is essential for it. We need the bad players gone.

4 - IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, IT'S ABOUT THE GAME: Remember, Dota 2 is not your money making machine. We play it for fun, we spend time on it, some more seriously, some less, but its a hobby, it's the thing we like to do, so please treat it like it. Remember, we want a decent service, a quality game, and by buying items from you, we are paying for it.
