John Tocco, in a post on December 10th, 2016, claimed he would shave is head if he got 100 likes and 100 comments. He then achieved 100 likes and 100 comments, but now refuses to shave his head. With this petition, hopefully he will see that to satisfy the American people, he must shave his head.
