ATLEAST PUT UP A STOP LIGHT! OR FLASHING LIGHTS AT THE STOP SIGN! IT'S A "STOP" SIGN! NOT A "YIELD" SIGN!! "failure to yield"!? UNACCEPTABLE! THE WOMAN WHO HIT HIM SHOULD BE CHARGED! WITH A LOT OF THINGS. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A BAD INTERSECTION. AND PEOPLE OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT FOLLOWING THE LAW! INFORCE IT! COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED! SHAME ON YOU SURRY COUNTY. WHERE IS OUR TAX MONEY GOING??!

At minimum a flashing light needs to be installed. Probably needs rumble strips and flashing lights on stop signs too.

My parents almost died there years ago. Others HAVE died there and WILL die if nothing is done. This was preventable. Oompa didn't need to die. FIX THE ISSUE
