I believe that making City of Ashes to a movie would be great, and all the fans would love it. I have read all the books and would love to be able to see all of the movies as well, especially after the first one was made. It would be sad if not the rest of the series would not make it to the screen. I hope that the movie will be made, as well as the rest of the series.

They have to make this movie! I don't even care if they don't make the whole series (that would be asking too much), but maybe finish at City of Glass? That would be a nice ending for the movies as they were all happy up to this point.

City of Bones was such a brilliant film, so are the books! So it only makes sense to make City Of Ashes:)

Other YA movies didn't do so well with the first and went on to become big money earners. It would be a real shame not to carry on now you have started making one movie, to not make the rest would be a crime

I love the movie and books. It was the movie that made me read the book. I have watched this movie with all my friends and they love it, they hadnt known it was in the cinema and they all want to go see the second. i dont think the problem is the movie..i think it was the advertisement because everyone who has seen it, has loved it and wants to watch the next. Please dont stop the Mortal instruments its brilliant.

The books are incredible and you should never stop the making of a book series into movies with the first book! It makes no sense because the series needs to be developed more for people who haven't read the books! Constantin need to continue with the movies until they finish City of Glass, the third book, as it is then that people begin to truly become hooked to the series.
