Make The Linden Method Anxiety Recovery Programmes Available through the NHS

Iam panic attack free for a year now , it works, better then any treatment, drugs,old fashioned methods, I hope everyone cured this nightmare with the linden method...

Totally agree any cbt or councelling groups therapy is way to expensive.

Absolutely should be made available on prescription! The Linden Method must have saved the N.H.S thousands just for my meds alone! I would not be the person that I am today with Charles Linden's methods. I don't know why it has taken G.Ps this long to recognise what an amazing and truly life-changing treatment this is.

I am fortunate enough for my husband to pay for my recovery there are many people out there that can't afford this the Linden Method is better than any therapies that the NHS currently offer I should know I have been reffered to numerous councellors and none of them have helped me like the Linden Method it is an amazing therapy and everyone should have the opportunity to be reffered.
