Make The Linden Method Anxiety Recovery Programmes Available through the NHS

I am a mental health nurse who works for the NHS and I think it's absolutely OUTRAGEOUS that this method is not on the NHS

I have tried NHS treatments with no success. both therapy and medication have failed. this treatment has great reviews and should be available on the NHS

Millions of pounds are spent on medication and therapies along with Mental Health support and Hospital admissions and visits Surely making this programme available on NHS would benefit patients and NHS funding

The world needs more assistance in how to calm itself down.

Having suffered with anxiety for more years than I care to remember I can only hope that future generations of sufferers are given the opportunity of respite and recovery. My very worst realisation was when I learned that my beautiful daughter had become a victim of anxiety too. It broke my heart and still does.

Every anxiety sufferer should have this and not anti depressants

We just need to know how to help teens deal with the method my daughter has bought the programme for her 13 year old son and it. Sure He would able to. Follow with the Anxiety He has is the a more appropriate method for his age thank you

I'm a single mum living with this terrible condition and would love to have access to this programme but just can't afford it with its success rate surely making it available on the nhs would save money in the long run

this is a positive approach to dealing with stress and anxiety and can help many people please make it available in all areas free on NHs

If u have a heard u would let this go to the nhs and to doctors and hospitals. Anxiety is a terrible thing and if we all get the help we need which is the linden method we can overcome this. Im so afriaid my little girl that is two will have it she will need help too . Please help x x

I bought the lindon method, which so far is defo helping, but I believe that it should be through the Nhs cause it's a lot of money and there's a lot of seriously desperate people out there that need help, I also believe that doctors would like it cause they don't know enough about anxiety, which would mean they could help their patients better.

This could be a fantastic alternative to CBT

I had to wait a year before i could afford the method, not everyone has disposable income this day and age, i had to be crippled for a year longer than i needed be, had this been available on nhs it would have saved my employer alot in ssp from the year off from agrophobia.

My brother in law who was suffering very badly from anxiety and panic attacks has just been to a retreat where he was in one of these Linden Method Anxiety Recovery Programmes and he is so much better now, my sister says she has now has her husband back!

my anxiety was that bad i couldnt leave the house, the doctor didnt help so i found the linden method for myself. within a week i was back at work. i truly feel that all doctors should know of and use this for their patients.

This is a must have program readily available on the nhs for sufferers of panic disorder,anxiety, old and so on. The linden method helped me no end where other methods had failed

I have suffered Anxiety and Fear most of my life, the past 7years have been a life of hell. A combination of different drugs and mixed diagnosis. I am in the process of The Linden Method and have every faith this will free me from my living hell. I only stumbled across this by searching for help. I strongly feel this should be an NHS programme rather than handing out anti depressants which have bad side affects.
