Anybody in financial trouble, bankruptcy eliminate or pending, financial ruin, have leans against them, underwater mortgages, & anyone else who is struggling to have their/our debts paid in full.

This is an attempt to collect from the US Government monies they wish to give to banks, & other countries before they take care of us, & or give us any of our own people's monies.

I will do another petition to have greedy people the persons & all people guilty of taking any money from economic bubbles; anyone whom was involved in get rich quick schemes to death, for what they did to the economy. This will also include any politicians, including the President of America, if found guilty of adding to the problem. To say, if anyone economist can prove their stimulus caused more of an infliction to the already damaged marked from the bubbles themselves.
