I think it would be a wonderful idea. we need more things down town to draw people down that way. I think it will help a lot of business and help grow the community. Having a nursery for plants and Christmas trees and such is a wonderful thing. Bring back Happiness to this town as the kids go down town to pick out a Christmas tree for the holidays and walk around down there and educate our children on historic down town.

I live close to Texas Blvd. And keeping it nice andd updated will help the neighbothoods. The older homes need to be taken care of, but Texas Boulevard is a very convenient route to take.
We live in the Highland Park Historical district and this business is EXACTLY what we need. We all benefit when businesses like this one come into the area.
