Please help us to show our support for a new business wanting to locate to our beautiful stretch of Texas Boulevard. We are all concerned with helping Texas Boulevard continue to thrive. What better business than one focused on design and beautification!

Bryan Callaway of Studio 230 is going in front of City Council Monday, June 12th for approval of his site plan. Planning and Zoning approved the site plan on May 1st. A petition has been circulated opposing this project, but we ask that you join the hundreds of others who have voiced their support for this worthwhile endeavor that will help keep Texas Boulevard beautiful. He needs your support. Let's stand together to make Texas Boulevard GREAT!

(Studio 230 is a landscape architecture design company with plans to have a retail section for art, outdoor plants (think small nursery), pots, plant education courses, family events like pumpkin patches and old fashioned Christmas tree farms, seasonal plant retail, design studio, etc.)

Watching this count climb toward five hundred signatures gives me so much hope for the future of our boulevard. We need just a few more people to join us before the council meeting so please send this link to your neighbors right now.

We are on the verge of hitting one hundred signatures before the council meeting. I see Bryan working hard to bring this vision to our street and your backing shows how much this community cares about his success. Please talk to your neighbors today so we can head into the city session with this momentum behind us.

We live in the Highland Park Historical district and this business is EXACTLY what we need. We all benefit when businesses like this one come into the area.

The Callaway's have always been class acts. Brian's vision and business concept will only improve the neighborhood value. Anyone that tells you differently hasn't taken the time to sit down with him and listen to his vision.

I own property on Texas Blvd across from Flour Child. This type of investment on our lovely street is what we need to add culture, business growth, and more importantly beauty to on of the only beautiful commercial streets left.

I'd be thankful for such a beautiful addition near my church, Sacred Heart, and my restaurant. Best of luck! Jana Hicks

I was born and raised in Texarkana. I don't live there anymore because they economy isn't conducive to career, but I would love to see all of Texarkana, TX prosper, not just north of the interstate. Texas boulevard is a great place to do this considering its stretch across the Texas side. Lets do it!
