Recently, many of us found out through no help of T-Mobile that our bill due date had changed. They claimed that they notified us however, we all know that not to be true. The only indication that they gave us, was the new due date. When asked, why the change was made no one seems to know the real reason behind it. It is only fair that, T-mobile should retract the changes. In doing so, they should credit our account for any late charges that may have incurred. They should also offer a premium service for free for at least 1 months time for the aggravation and stress that the sudden change may have caused. If they want to re-implemented the due date changes they must send us notification with a rationale no later than 30-days before the change is to be implemented.
