I just received the word that a series for Matt and Brooke is officially in development. This result belongs entirely to the people who took the time to speak up for them because I never imagined this would actually happen.

We the fans of "Naked and Afraid" on the Discovery Chanel respectfully request that Discovery make a "Surviving Wright" Series.
Matt & Brooke Wright are amazing survivalists with a vast knowledge of what it takes to survive in various wild environments. Matt and Brooke have both shown what it takes to make it in the wild. They are able to persevere, educate, and mentor with kindness and class. To see them surviving together in the wild would be educational and entertaining.
Matt has served in the United States Air Force, participated in SEVEN Naked and Afraid challenges, and together with his wife, Brooke, owns Extreme Instinct, an outdoor and sporting goods company that makes and sells knives and other quality survival gear.
Matt is extremely proficient with a long bow, making him one of the best hunters in Naked and Afraid history. He also shows immense skill in fishing, building shelters, and possesses strong leadership skills.
Brooke, a self-described country girl, has spent plenty of time outdoors and exposed to her natural environment. Brooke has also been in a challenge on Naked and Afraid, spending 15 of her 21 day challenge alone, testing herself. In just one challenge Brooke has shown both her strong physical skill and mental capability.
Through years of proven experience, Matt and Brooke love to share their passion of survivalist techniques and knowledge with anyone willing to learn. They know that no matter what life throws at us, we can persevere. Whether that means being able to make a fire, find water, or navigating the land without relying on maps. Matt and Brook share survival tips that anyone can benefit from, and in this day and age you can never tell when you will need them.

On Alone it is sad these folks who are hand picked can endure only a few days. Better candidates are needed. Matt Wright would be an excellent choice!

Matt and Brooke are both incredible survivalists. Their ability to not only demonstrate how to survive on the land, but also teach and explain what they are doing and why, is impressive. I believe the teaching experiences they share are an important part of helping others through watching and learning. They also play a key role in encouraging our younger generation to get out and engage with the natural environment.
