I have been hearing from so many of you who are stuck with locked accounts and lost progress on your consoles. Dealing with these platform walls feels like being punished for simply wanting to play with friends regardless of which device we own.

Seeing this movement grow keeps me going because I just want to play with my friends on my Switch without losing all my progress. The momentum behind this proves that we are tired of being kept apart by companies and I am incredibly grateful for your help.

I find it outrageous that you Sony employees are doing this. You need to wake up and please all your customers.
