Right here is true activism and dynamism being demonstrated by women for the advancement of lives of other women. If we are truly committed to seeing women sit at the table of decision making, such a basic right should not be denied them. Such a tax should be scrapped and in addition I advocate that enough support (both financial and technical) is given local companies such as Pride Pad who are producing environmentally friendly biodegradable sanitary towels for girls in deprived communities. Enough of the talk, time for action.
