This is urgent the penup community is being harassed by sexual predators these harass children and women, we have been ignored and those who try to do something for children or women are punished with a suspension the roles are reversed the predator is protected and the good is punished we are tired of fighting and not having the support of the administrators or manager we need help this cannot continue to drag and ignore the harassers and predators are unpunished and the children of the penup community are vulnerable.

Help!?! Some us have been helping and shielding young children. We try to answer questions and guide these young artists about their and our works. Encouragement is given. Unfortunately there are a few adults that don't , care if they make children cry and feel bad about themselves, let alone the child's work. Then you have a few adults that go after other adults saying and doing things to make themselves look smarter, more affluent, a better artist. To achieve this they tell other members the trouble they have had about the decent members. Doesn't sound like much but it is horrific enough that the good will up and leave the community. This would be a great community but it has problems that need to be dealt with by listening and resolving situations for those that really care.

Too often the wrong people have been suspended or banned and true offenders still operate.

Punishing the righteous and the wicked is not a solution.
