Some people do not own a 3DS system.Some people get eye pain/headaches from the 3DS system.
People, not owning a 3DS system, would pay ~200$ just to play this game.Those with older DS that work are happy with it.
So, why not have it on regular DS? I understand its for the new graphics, but really. Pokemon makers also had Black/White 2 for regular DS and it looks great.

I have been reading every single comment about how the 3DS screen causes people physical pain and headaches. It is frustrating that so many of you are being effectively locked out of a game series that meant so much to us on the regular DS hardware.

Seeing this much energy behind the idea really proves that thousands of us just want to keep playing on systems that do not cause us physical pain. I never thought so many people would relate to this struggle but it feels good to know I am not alone in wanting a choice.

its not fair that i have to buy a whole new console just for one game. my dsi still works perfectly fine.
my parents wont buy me a 3ds because they say i already have a ds. this is so dumb.
Black and white 2 was awesome so why are they ditching us now???
i dont have the money for a 3ds right now lol. i rly want to play x and y tho.
just make it backwards compatible like the old days. so annoying.
I really want to play this game, but it's for the 3ds!
