Local state and federal govmt swore to uphold and protect the constituion of the united states from all enemies foreign and domestic. Any who try to abolish the constitution is a treasonous traitor to the US. The entire country by the constituion is a 2a gun sanctuary. Shall not be infringed. If the 2a didnt work, how did anyone make it out alive in VA with over 25000 guns in the street on 1-20-2020
