I agree mz is looting people and have not produced quality but they interesting in grabbing money . They cost people thousands of dollars for.their incompetitiveness

MZ has no care in the world for their customers, it's all about greed. When you watch one of the biggest glitches in the game history take out players left and right you know there is a problem! And some having a Stronghold 41 which isn't even released yet? What a joke. Worst mistake ever starting this "non free" game!

I had 563 kt. One hit all gone. They are making it right with other player's that the same thing happened to them but they refuse to make it right for me. Other things have happened. Buying a pack and not receiving everything I purchased!

This game is no longer strategy, it's all about money now. That takes the fun out of it.. MZ can suck it. I've moved onto a different game not owned by them.

I don't like how content for example says "strong hold 35-40 released" then I log on and people are 41 almost 42. Or how about this " hero 80-110 released " and people are hero 114! Was I not indoctrinated enough do I need to go back to school? And stop with the one lvl 17 gem set in each pack let people combine what number they want. Could go for Ages but it's probably easier to just go to PlayStation. I'm pretty sure if everyone notified square enix on MZ bs Changes would be made. At least square enix cares about its customers

I will not be buying anything from mz untill they make up for all their bs. I not only got stuck away from my alliance during their oh so great merge event but when I finally did get to the correct kingdom my alliance was gone destroyed by mz greed.

I pledge not to buy any packages for 30 day unless MZ makes it right for all those accounts who got zeroed or lost too much. Especially when they haven't released these level new items. And only a few accounts have them and MZ says they haven't released these items yet but everyone has screen shot of a few accounts who are zeroing people like crazy. I have several accounts with MZ on mobile strike and game of war. I have paid my fair share and so have my friends. Some of them have larger then me and spent 1000 more then I have to be zeroed in one hit is a BS move of MZ.

I have only been playing GOW since December/ only invested approx. $500 so far but due to the trend of the last few weeks of non stop upgrading for more money & not giving players a chance to enjoy the previous money spent MZ is "Killing the goose that laid the golden egg". Also you need to H E A R your customer base complaints & legitimate suggestions because we will keep you in business with our pack buying! After years of being in Retail sales mgmt. I have learned that without T R U E customer service making it right then it doesn't matter how great the product is. GOW is a GREAT product so please don't kill it with hollow and empty reponces to our grievances.
