The messages I am receiving from players about their broken accounts are heartbreaking because this game used to be our escape. We are proving that our wallets are the only language they understand and keeping the pressure on is our best path forward.

Too many upgrades released too frequently that cost too much money. Game lags during events so much it almost can't be played. Too many software bugs and customer service that is overwhelmed and can't respond. 3+ years and more money spent than it cost for college, but I can be zeroed and lose everything in a 1 minute attack. Shameful Mz
I had 563 kt. One hit all gone. They are making it right with other player's that the same thing happened to them but they refuse to make it right for me. Other things have happened. Buying a pack and not receiving everything I purchased!
First loading this game it's advertised as free. This is far from the truth. If you want to enjoy this game you need to prepare yourself for constant releases of new stuff and if you don't have cash to burn then prepare to sit in a shield or loose or your stuff. The young or people in financial difficulties have no chance on this game
I have spent $30,000 on this game just to be ripped off every time by you MZ. Shields failed and I was zerod and reduction tokens I never received. You admit fault and glitches in the system but, you have never reimbursed me for any of your faults!!! I want a refund!!!!
MZ needs to stop releasing 2 updates a week. 3 a month is better for the game! There's not even time to set new gear up before the next release! And That's if you can afford to buy it first day! We've dumped enough money into the game, they need to fix the glitches and laggy play before making any more new releases.

I've already stopped spending. Put up a 30 day shield. It's useless to continue to improve on the game when glitches continue and the cost of improving exceeds 500 a month. I'll buy a car instead.
