Mr.Borchardt's character and teaching style are not very able to efficiently educate students. This is in part because he as a teacher creates a hostile environment within the classroom. Students that have not been specifically targeted by Mr.Borchardt have witnessed it directly. When a student doesn't understand the material they are directed by him to watch an online video made by him, figure it out by themselves or he begins to yell at them, often humiliating them(humiliation is a teaching strategy of his). Remarks regarding the mental capacity of individual students and the class as a whole are not uncommon. His grading is whimsical, he makes his students miserable. I don't wish that Mr.Borchardt lose his job or the respect of the administrators just that he be made aware of students opinion of his teaching
