At this time our MLS through MLXChange only offers reports (such as CMA) in English. The members of the Miami Association of Realtors are located in an area that caters to a population who is mostly Hispanic. The primary language of our local clients is generally spanish. Not to mention, we have a vast variety of clients that come from abroad and generally speak Spanish, Portuguese, and Creole among other languages.

As Realtors & Brokers we have a responsibility to make sure our clients understand their options in an ever-changing market. It is imperrative that the message and information we provide can be easily conveyed. Therefore, we should have a choice to provide such information in the "Respective Client's" language.

I understand that we are in "America". However, it is only reasonable to ask that our Clients and the people we service have an opportunity to review the information themselves so they have a fair chance at making rational decisions.

All the templates are already created in the system. At this point it is just a matter of copying those same report templates, translating them and grouping them in the respective language.

If you agree that Clients' have a right to understand, to truly understand and not just "take your word for it" then please sign the petition.

El idioma principal de nuestros clientes locales es por lo general el español. Tambien tenemos una gran variedad de clientes a los que vienen del extranjero y generalmente hablan español, portugués, y criollo entre otros idiomas.

Nosotros como especialistas en Bienes Raises tenemos la responsabilidad de asegurarnos de que nuestros clientes entiendan sus opciones en un mercado en constante evolución. Es imperrativo que el mensaje y la información que proporcionamos puede ser fácilmente transmitido. Por lo tanto, deberíamos tener una opción para proporcionar dicha información en el idioma del "Cliente".

Entiendo que estamos en "América". Sin embargo, sólo es razonable pedir que nuestros clientes y las personas a las servimos tengan la oportunidad de revisar la información mas claramente para que tengan oportunidad de tomar decisiones racionales.

Todas los reportes ya están creados eninglés en nuestrosistema de MLS. Ahora es sólo una cuestión de copiar esos mismos reportes, traducir, y agruparlos en sus respectivos idiomas.

Si está de acuerdo en que los clientes tienen derecho a comprender, a entender de verdad y no sólo "tener su palabra", entonces, por favor firmar la petición.
