Has been my sons doctor for 3 years
Since Dr Norton my son is doing better then he ever has!
she is caring, understanding and she loves her patients....
There are so many people on Ahccs in need of mental health please allow Dr. Norton to treat them

My kids and I have been seeing Michelle and Trish for a while and now all of sudden the insurance don't want to pay. It's not far to people who still want to keep seeing the one that helps out with problems that needs to be resolved

EVERY school in the BHCESD (5) got extra government funding for a "FT school counselor" BASED ON NEED! We NEED more help with very limited pediatric/adult mental health in our town. How can you deny people who WANT to help where there IS a need?! This is absurd. My family has benefited so much from this practice. It is a wonderful place that deserves to continue serving our community.

This woman is the best in town. My son has ADHD with Anxiety disorder he has been with Michele for 3 years now and to change his provider would hurt the wonderful progress he has made with her. Michele is the only Psychologist that my son trust enough to talk to. If he has to go back to Mohave Mental again he will end up going backwards in his progress. He will not be able to open up to a provider there. I do not want to have to putting up with the fact that Everytime I need his ADHD medicine refilled I have to jump through hoops just to get it from Mohave Mental on time, but that never happens my son would end up going anywhere between 2-6 days without his medicine because Mohave Mental could not get it ordered in time. Michele gets my son's medicine sent in on time every month and she has so much compassion with myself and my son. Mental health patience should be able to choose who they want to treat them. Steward health insurance is making a big mistake by making it impossible for our children and ourselves to receive proper health care all they want to do is control the patients they don't care about anyone of us. It's all politics. I know that if I have to take my son back to Mohave Mental he will not receive the correct care that he receives from Michele.

Very friendly invirment, always ask how I'm doing. Always caring and asking if I want a water or snack. You feel very welcomed here.

This community is lacking mental health services and we definitely NEED more options for those that are in need for mental health services. Insurance companies should not declined such services. Michele and her staff are fully committed and dedicated to go above and beyond to provide the best mental health services in our community.

It astounds me that Michele is being refused credentials to treat patients! She is a caring and compassionate provider! What kinds of politics is leading to this decision??

She has done wonders for myself and others that I know of in the community. I know that without her help I wouldn't be where I am currently, both physically and emotionally. She provides this community with an option other than the state-run program. I would trust her with my life.

I think all patients should be able to choose who they want to get the help they need and from someone that goes out of their way to get them the proper treatment. For Steward to not sign Carolyne Michele Norton only hurts the patients that love her for all she does for them.

My mom deserves to be contracted. She was good enough to be contracted thru them w two other facilities.
