In a world where "Mobile is First", and where Scrum Masters are desired, wouldn't it make sense to have one on the mobile teams? Through a series of events and tremendous, and fortunate, company growth, my Mobile teams at Cox Automotive have been left without full time Scrum Master support for far too long. We do the best we can but our ticket management is missing out. Though, when Melissa has been able to lend a hand to our cause, our retrospectives have never been better. Our reports show we increase our effectiveness AND our efficiency.
