Dress to Impress (DTI) is one of the most popular Roblox fashion games, loved for its creativity and customization. However, the upcoming "Petal Update" (April 26th) plans to lock a basic fashion feature—manual scaling, rotating, and positioning accessories/hair—behind a paid gamepass.
This feature is standard in most Roblox fashion games and is free in those games. Charging for it in DTI feels unfair, especially when the game already has multiple paid passes (e.g., Custom Makeup, Walk Speed, x2 Money and Increased Item Limit) and a new toyline with exclusive makeup codes.
Why this should be free:
✅ Basic customization – Adjusting accessories is a core fashion feature, not a premium luxury.
✅ Industry standard – Most fashion games offer this for free.
✅ Better creativity – Players shouldn’t pay just to make items fit properly.
✅ Fairness – The game already monetizes through other passes, UGC and toylines.
We’re not asking for no monetization—just not paywalling a fundamental feature. Please, DTI devs, reconsider and make accessory adjustments free for all players!
