root out corruption. we need a concerted effort and not a hapazard one.

The absence of the govt is affecting the governance and lives of ordinary citizens. People donot have to give income tax and other central taxes, but still they are not able to take even their income to their home.large scale extortion by the insurgents and unimaginable levels of corruption has vitiated the environment for development.Many development projects remain on paper even after incurring huge expenditure.They have their own list of favourite contractors, who pay a percentage of payment received from the govt to them.Ordinary people are distressed from parallel govt of rebel groups and their tax collection. The large outflow of youth from the region who migrate across india in search of jobs,education and livelihood are an example.
