Manchester airport check in and security procedures have too far. What used to the exiting start to flying or holiday experiance is now standing line for long periods followed by degrading so called security check where you are ordered about down zigzag lines, told to strip off certain items of certain items of clothing, searched and finally the sight of people who have made greats efforts to prepare for their trip trying to get dressed,gather belongings together. Your holiday is ruined before its began, I am not saying we should discard checking in for flights but do we have to be treated like cattle? Why do airlines use one check in deskfor several flights? Surely in this day and age it can be done better. As for security, I want the whole system to be re thought to give the customer, and we are customers, a respectful, dignified, well mannered and none intrusive start to their holiday.
