Airsoft should be legalize with certain rules such as an indicator that its a toy. Its not dangerous and some other countries has already legalize this. Make it at least legal to use it in a sports events with some regulations. Not open spaces and public. Should be good enough

Airsoft sport has always sparked my curiousity since young but finding out later that it is illegal to own an airsoft gun which is not harmful really upsets and disappoints me.

I simply don't understand how a gun that shoots balls are illegal. It may be a replica of a firearm but that doesn't mean it's just as dangerous. Sure hitting the right spots can lead to injury but these cases rarely happen. Airsoft is a sport that is love by a great number of people globally and it shouldn't be restricted from the use of people. Sure making it so having a license is a must but other than that I don't see any danger, It is a sport that it meant to be played and it's quite an intense sport if you may. Airsoft requires teamwork, communication, planning and spot on thinking which I think are great for people in this current era. Once the petition works. I'll be playing Airsoft like no tomorrow. Airsoft is a hobby sport. If the UK can do it, so can Malaysia. They have good gun control over there. Shameful to see Malaysians being denied to enjoy this hobby sport just because the government identifies Airsoft Guns as a legitimate Fire Arm which is ridiculous !!!
