Even Japan with low crime rates involving guns, Canada and Australia legalize airsoft. Malaysia got strict policy of airsoft making it illegal but still got shooting crimes in Klang and recent AKPS commander shooting

Current Airsoft player located in Taiwan. From what i been, Airsoft is consider a safe hobby as long as proper rules and laws are set. i think setting a legal age of 18 years old and proper safety equipment will make it as safe as other hobbies.

Hi, its me again, I just I accidentally clicked enter on my last comment, as I was saying, airsoft is good in terms of training, self defend, and creating future warriors for this great country. I think its kinnda stupid that the Malaysian goverment did the laiest choice by just abnning anyting that looks like a gun. Im not saying that the malaysian goverment is stuping. I am a patriot, I love this country, and I will sacrafice everything to protect this country, but in this case, Im kinda heart broken. I am a gun enthusiest, a simple "nerd" if you may. I want airsoft to be legal, not just because, I want to play it, but also because I think by making airsoft legal, without owning a licence, will open the door of petential. As an addon, since Malaysia is facing a high threat of war, I think by lifting the airsoft ban, many can train then them selves to do basic tactical things, trigger discipline, critical thinking, teamwork and many MANY more. so lift the airsoft ban
