I love the EK gown. I sell it in my store and my new baby girl wore it all the time. It is practical and I have found it very safe as it fits well (not a lot of extra fabric as opposed to many sleepsacks.) This is one the best-selling item on my website and we have had no complaints and no returns...really!

I don't think their products unsafe for the babies.

We had retailed the sleep sacks in Malaysia and Singapore ( we even had customers from Hong Kong ) purchasing the items. The feedback from parents was what a brilliant idea it was - Cute, whimsical and efficient for diaper changing sessions without removing the entire top - in addition to the organic characteristic! Definitely our bestseller!

That is ridiculous. Have you nothing better to worry about. There are certainly more serious issues

This is a double regulation that makes no logic sense when you look at the reality concerning the item in question. In this case these regulations only hurts retailers and consumers and does not protect anyone.

I love these gowns and can't understand why they can not be sold in the States.

This was such an adorable sleep sack option, and we loved that it was made from all natural organic cotton. This law seems outdated.

This baby garment cannot be worn by children over 9 months. It is intended to be tied at the bottom. The length is needed for that purpose. As a parent, I would not put a baby in a garment treated with chemicals, nor would I have an open flame near a crib. Please use common sense in this situation and allow this company to continue selling its product in the US.

The flammability requirements for cotton baby sleep sacks that are longer than the arbitrary 25 inch limit are outdated and nonsensical. Please revisit this regulation and bring it up to date.
