Kelsey the Zombie is a long-time contributor of the Balto Source website, and most of the rest of the Animation Sources. She designed the most well-loved graphics and banners for the site, has an eye for stunning design, has moderating experience, and a deep care for the quality of the Sources. And yet despite all of these prerequisites, the French side of Animation Source do not desire her to become a Graphics moderator anymore, for reasons well expired past their occurrence. They wish for her to work hard on updating a banner in order to "prove" that she has the skills, and what's worse is they may not even agree to give her the role.
