I have been hearing from so many of you who know exactly how much Keith stabilizes our daily operations. I am currently working on a formal request to deliver these names directly to the board so they understand the impact of his departure.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that I am not the only one who sees how vital Keith is to our daily stability. It means everything to know that his dedication is recognized by all of you.

It is very important that we have Keith staying with us. Keith is a highly respected and knowledgeable leader with a clear vision who has successfully led T&L improvements at the college. If we are to be ready and fully prepared for OFSTED inspection in the next academic year we will need someone who knows college, who is trusted and can inspire and motivate staff to do their best.

As a former college employee who left due to extreme stress imposed by top management and overall cultural issues, I don't think I had the pleasure of meeting Keith HOWEVER it sounds like he is exactly what the college needs. I used to love that place, and that love eroded over time to be replaced by anxiety at the thought of going to work. If keith can restore the college culture to support staff and students then he absolutely MUST stay. Good luck former colleagues, thinking of you all at this very difficult time.

The board should fight to keep him. He has done an outstanding job under extremely challenging circumstances. You don't let people like that leave.

Agree wholeheartedly with this. He is well liked in the college and his leadership style is respected and effective. Exactly what the students and staff need at this uncertain time.
