Why is this, just because she is supposedly cooperating? Bull. Let her stupid supposedly loving husband use there house for collateral, take a loan out on there NYS retirement, anything to pay for her crimes, like most of the other people guilty or innocent have to do, Taxpayers like myself and family should not have to pay for this!

The tax payers of New York didn't commit the crime so why should we pay for Joyce Mitchell. she did it all by herself had a relationship with the inmates not us!but yet she gets a slap on the back and a plea she should have never gotten. YOU JOYCE MITCHELL NEED TO PAY FOR ALL ON YOUR OWN YOUR THE ONE WHO CAUSED ALL THE CHAOS NOT THE PEOPLE IN NEW YORK!!!!

Justice System = Pathetic and Joke punish the tax payers for a crime we did not make. Make it easy for the people that did the CRIME . Screw off New York state. DO the crime get a pension. Do the Crime get the least at sentencing. Do the right thing. Get screwed paying back over 23 million dollars all coming from taxes most likely. Do the right thing. Pay for legal feels now via taxes. The biggest crime their going on right now US CITIZENS are getting raped by New York. Not a damn thing we can do about it. But Joyce Mitchel give her a pat on the back. SCREW OFF NEW YORK AND COUMO.

Why should the taxpayer have to pay for that BITCH, was this part if the lying DA deal. He is paid much more than he is worth why don't he and Johnston pay it They both made a bundle on this deal.

New York State has enough to pay for already. She cost us millions of dollars already and she keeps her pension. We should charge her restitution.
