This book needs to be a Film. It was too brilliant and inspiring to be just a book. From the author revealing his scars internally and externally to his compassion for others and honour. As well as his humility for loss and love. The world needs more books like this. Every page touched my soul and I would pay big money to see this on the big screen. Every person can relate to this book. https://www.facebook.com/mybigindianheels/
I have been reading through your comments and I am truly humbled by how deeply this story has resonated with each of you. It is honestly overwhelming to see so many people connected by these words and I am just so grateful to have started this journey alongside you.

I am shocked to get to the end of the book and see what happens. I couldn't have done what Laakhi has done. Needs to be a movie for this hard hitting subjects it has touched.

My wife's not happy as I said this author looks hotter than her. She sadly agreed after an argument. We have come to the conclusion that this book should be a movie as it has brought us much closer.

I would love to see this beautiful book turned into a film. It's covers so many subjects that most people wouldn't dare touch. I do hope this happens for the greater good of the world.

Seen the author in the temple. You can see the pain in his eyes. This book has given me a full insight to what I've been missing. It's helped me relate to my son. Thanks make it a movie.

Reading #takeawalkinmybigindianheels I can completely relate to the book. The author should make a movie about it. Gurinder Chadha or Danny Boyle should make it. But them again do they and would they support such a tabboed - Gay subjects #istandwithallLGBT

What an amazing book. I am suprised that I haven't seen or heard much about this book before. What a sad and powerful story. Main stream media needs to talk more about these issues in this book. Well done Laakhi I love you x
